Framing

The framing has started. It's crazy to see how fast they work! It's becoming more of a reality to see it starting to come so fast.

Baby Lucas

I always thought 3&4-D pictures of baby ultra sounds were a little creepy, until I saw MY baby :) Here is Lucas in all his chubbiness. The Dr. said he is going to be a big boy. He is measuring about 6 lbs right now. I guess those late night cookies and creme shakes have worked nicely in his favor.

 I like this one it looks like he is laughing... or smelling some stank on his fingers

We have a retaining wall up and our stem wall formed !

Shotgun Wedding

Our good friends and Brad and I wanted to get away for Fall Break. We went to Cancun to spend some relaxing time in Riviera Maya at an all-inclusive resort called Valentin Imperial Maya. It was wonderfully relaxing. the food was delish and the scenery was breath taking. When we arrived I guess they some how thought we were celebrating our honeymoon :) We had this awesome banner on our front door and out room was decorated with rose petals everywhere. I was the only pregnant lady there so I was the "pregnant chick on her honeymoon".      

 This was our bathtub :) more like a baptismal font!. Brody and Milo would've LOVED to bathe in here just once.

 Here are a few shots of around the resort. It was beautifully landscaped and manicured and so very quite and serene.

 The restaurants were all good, some much better than others but I can't complain. The nightly entertainment was just as exciting. I loved spending one on one time with my sweetheart

Birthday Boy

For Milo's birthday, Karl Johnson, silhouette artist came to a children's boutique here in Edmond.

We headed down there to get our CUTARTS.  

 I think they turned out great. I wish the lips were a little less "Real Houusewives of Beverly Hills" but none the less, its a great heirloom.

We then headed to target, so Brody could give Milo his present. Brody was insistent on getting him Lego Duplo, and Milo loved it.

 He actually does pretty good riding it.

 Milo's little buddy, Parker had his 2nd birthday on the same day too! We headed over to Chuck E. Cheese for a birthday bash just with the families.

 He had a great day!

First Day of Pre-k 2012

This was Brody's first day of Pre-K 2012. He goes to Southern Hills on Tuesdays and Thursday and LOVES it. Brody is my student. He is very bright and loves learning, and soaking up any new information on interesting facts. It will be fun to see what Brody will be when he groes up :)

Ground Breaking Day

Finally! The day we've been waiting for for 2 years is here. I'm so excited for all these new exciting events that are happening with our family and building our new home is one of them ;) Brad was like a giddy school boy driving his tractor around, moving dirt and taking command from the real "tractor" guy (sorry babe) these are just a few pictures of many to come in the next 9 months, so get excited people!! I AM.

Almost....

This little guy is going to be two tomorrow. I can't believe it but glad he is still my baby! He's soooo smart, strong and such a sweetie baby:) he is fiesty, independent, crazy; loves animals, playing outside, talking and parroting what anyone says; reading, singing and just about anything his big brother Brody is doing. He looooooves his dada but still a mama's boy. He is such a fun addition to our family and will be a great big brother very soon !!!

Obsessed

I think Brody gets the obsessed trait from both Brad and I... They are obsessed with taking bubble baths and I left them alone for one minute .....

Scary

I usually check on the boys several times before I go to bed at night. Brody could not go to sleep so he kept coming into my room asking me questions finally he went to bed and after some time I went and checked to make sure he was asleep when I found this empty bed. I was like what the heck where is Milo! I was moving his blankets around and looking out the window thinking the window would be open and the blinds fluttering in the wind, but then I saw this... don't know how he got there but he didn't make a peep!
